PURCHASES MADE IN STORE - RETURN POLICY
We hope you love everything that you purchase from Naturally Wood Furniture. We do our best to make sure you have all the information you need to make the best decision. That being said, we understand that from time-to-time circumstances come up that require items to be returned and we want you to know that we are here to help before, during and after your purchase.
You may return your furniture purchase within 48 hours of receipt, only if it is in original condition. A 20% stocking fee (plus pickup fee if applicable) may be charged based on the total invoice amount.
Special Order / Clearance Policy
- Special Orders cannot be cancelled if the order is in production or shipped.
- Special Order Sales are final and not eligible for cancellations, returns or exchanges.
- All payments on special orders are non-refundable.
- All clearance items are final “as is” sales and are not eligible for returns.
Fitment & Delivery Policy
Be sure all purchase’s will fit in the area you will be placing them in your home. This includes doorways and any other area’s the item will need to move through until it reaches its destination in your home. If you need help with dimensions or would like a Naturally Wood team member to come and measure for you, call us at 219-872-6501.
- If your furniture does not fit upon delivery, a 20% restocking fee (of the returned item(s) cost) will apply to return the effected item(s) to our inventory.
- No delivery fees will be refunded.
- Pickup Fees will be applied if applicable.
We take great care to make sure your new favorite household item reaches you in pristine condition. However, we know that sometimes accidents happen and we are here to help. We will gladly replace any items that are damaged or defective on arrival. Please call us at 219-872-6501 to speak to a customer service representative.
Clearance and As Is Items
Due to limited quantities and deep discounts on Clearance and known issues involved with any As Is item, these items are considered non-returnable. If you receive a Clearance item that is damaged, we will do everything in our power to repair it, however, due to limited quantities this may not always be possible.
All layaway's are considered final sales. You may layaway anything in the store for up to 90 days with a minimum of 25% down. Layaway's over 30 days are subject to a 2% per month or $10.00 minimum charge. Layaway's left over 90 days will be returned to stock, and a 25% restocking fee will be charged based on the total of the invoice. A store credit will be issued for any remaining balance. Clearance item layaway's are good for 30 days and require 50% deposit.
Warranty Claim Policy
All GBS warranty claims must be made with the following paperwork. 1.Original Invoice. 2. Warranty Paperwork. Without these items we cannot process your warranty claim. It is your responsibility to keep all warranty paperwork.
